Bandai Namco Amusement America, THE leader in the Entertainment / Amusement Industry for over 40 years, is seeking store associates to join our team in the Mall of Georgia in Buford, GA. The successful candidate will help introduce the latest Bandai Namco offerings from Japan.

Key Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue opportunity by providing excellent customer experience.
- Always maintain the high standard of the Bandai Namco providing world class appearance and cleanliness of all products, displays, floors, counters, and packaging materials.
- Ensure machines are always full and product is rotated appropriately.
- Ensure safeguarding all company assets (i.e., machines, inventory, cash, and tokens.
- Daily collection on changers and Gashapon Machines.
- Deposits and record keeping of deposits.
- Fill out collection reports in Excel and Email to HQ
- Input capsule counts in system, count inventory
- Address any issues with coin jams.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner.
- Organize and lead OPCG tutorials, tournaments, and other events.
- Enforce various tournaments rules and policies.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner.
- PT Store Associates are expected to work 15-29.5 hours in each workweek.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in retail sales and cash handling
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Ability to stock and merchandise products effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for inventory management
- Bilingual skills are a plus
