Key Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue opportunity by providing excellent customer experience.
• Always maintain the high standard of the Bandai Namco providing world class appearance and cleanliness of all products, displays, floors, counters, and packaging materials.
• Ensure machines are always full and product is rotated appropriately.
• Ensure safeguarding all company assets (i.e., machines, inventory, cash, and tokens.
• Daily collection on changers and Gashapon Machines.
• Deposits and record keeping of deposits.
• Fill out collection reports in Excel and Email to HQ
• Input capsule counts in system, count inventory
• Address any issues with coin jams.
• Always represent the company in a professional manner.
• Organize and lead OPCG tutorials, tournaments, and other events.
• Enforce various tournaments rules and policies.
• Always represent the company in a professional manner.
• PT Store Associates are expected to work 15-29.5 hours in each workweek.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling
• Proficiency in basic math and retail math
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
• Ability to stock and merchandise products effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for inventory management
• Bilingual skills are a plus
