Mira Construction L.L.C is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Timekeeper to manage and record employee attendance and work hours on our building construction projects. The Timekeeper will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and maintaining an orderly tracking system for workforce hours and project timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accurate records of employee attendance, hours worked, and overtime for construction projects.
  • Ensure that all timekeeping information is accurately collected, inputted, and reported.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and supervisors to monitor workforce schedule compliance.
  • Address any discrepancies in time records with staff and management in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports on labor hours for project management.
  • Support the payroll department in processing accurate wage payments based on recorded hours.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as local labor laws regarding timekeeping and payroll.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training or certification in timekeeping or payroll is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Timekeeper or in a similar role within the construction industry in UAE.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and timekeeping software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Understanding of construction payroll processes is desirable.
