About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Agent / Reservation Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with booking travel arrangements, issuing tickets, managing reservations, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle flight, hotel, and other travel bookings

· Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as needed

· Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

· Provide accurate information on fares, policies, and travel requirements

· Maintain reservation systems and update records

Requirements:

· Previous experience in ticketing or travel reservations preferred

· Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask

· With IATA certification
