Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

  • Drive new business through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive prospecting.
  • Grow your territory by identifying new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Visit customers regularly to understand their business needs and ensure excellent service.
  • Present compelling product solutions and value propositions to customers.
  • Manage orders, returns, quotes, and customer follow-ups with precision and care.
  • Use CRM tools and sales processes to stay organized, track opportunities, and report progress.
  • Be a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

Expertise & Essential Skills:

  • Proven sales experience (preferably outbound or territory sales) with a focus on hunting and closing new business.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and industrial supply is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable with technology and using CRM and catalog systems.
  • Experience in territory management, with a willingness to travel as needed (including occasional overnights).
  • A passion for learning, growth, and taking initiative in a competitive market.
