,Job Title: Secretary (Temporary / Reliever)
Duration: 30 March to 5 May (Temporary Position)

Salary: AED 3,000

We are seeking a reliable and organized Secretary (Reliever), preferably Tagalog to cover a temporary assignment from 30 March to 5 May. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reception and general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and transferring incoming phone calls to the concerned staff
  • Managing and monitoring daily office emails and forwarding them to the appropriate personnel
  • Arranging meetings, both physical and virtual (Microsoft Teams / Zoom)
  • Assisting lawyers with scanning and organizing legal memos and documents
  • Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms in a neat and professional manner
  • Providing general administrative and office support as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office email systems and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
