At Weed Man, we don’t just grow grass… we grow people! Weed Man Lawn Care has immediate openings for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and make an impact. If you enjoy talking with people, solving problems, and helping customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

• No cold calling – all leads are pre-qualified
• No previous experience required – we provide full training
• Communicate with current and prospective Weed Man customers over the phone
• Follow up with pre-qualified sales leads to close the sale
• Execute outbound calling campaigns for upselling purposes
• Provide friendly, professional support to customers regarding services, billing, and scheduling
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with care and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in the evenings from 3 – 7 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM – 2 PM. Sunday hours are more flexible.

Pay & Benefits:

• $20,000 annual base salary
• 8% commission rate to start, can increase based on performance (We are growing rapidly!)
