Day Shift Call Center Representative

Pay: $13.00–$14.00 per hour

About the role
We are hiring a daytime representative who can follow client scripts, navigate calls smoothly, think through situations, and make sound judgment calls. You must type 60+ WPM, communicate clearly, and work well with coworkers and supervisors.

Schedule
Day shift with rotating weekends and occasional holidays as needed. This is not a Monday–Friday only role.

What you will do

• Answer and manage inbound calls with professionalism
• Follow client scripts while adapting to caller needs
• Accurately capture and relay messages in real time
• Schedule appointments or dispatch per account protocols
• Navigate multiple systems and document efficiently
• Deliver friendly, high-quality service on every call

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 60+ WPM typing with strong accuracy
• Clear communication, active listening, and solid grammar
• Ability to follow a script and exercise good judgment
• Comfort with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Detail oriented, reliable, and coachable
• 1–2 years of customer service or call handling preferred
