We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, following up with prospects, and supporting business development initiatives across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations and inquiries.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting targeted client lists.
- Maintain and update CRM records and customer databases.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
- Positive attitude and ability to achieve sales targets.
- Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation.
- Strong persuasion skills.
