Job Summary

The Technical Helper assists technicians and maintenance staff with installation, repair, maintenance, and general technical work. The role involves preparing tools and materials, keeping the work area clean and safe, and supporting technicians in completing jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing work.
• Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and materials required for daily tasks.
• Carry, move, and arrange equipment and materials safely.
• Assist with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or other technical work as directed by the technician.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, tools, and work areas.
• Help inspect equipment and report any damage, faults, or unusual conditions.
• Follow company safety rules and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support loading, unloading, dismantling, and assembling of equipment when required.
• Perform other technical support duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a helper, technician assistant, or in a maintenance environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn technical skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good safety awareness.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

Working Conditions

• May involve indoor and outdoor work.
• May require standing, lifting, carrying, bending, and working in different environments.
• Must follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Pay: AED1,200.00 – AED1,500.00 per month
