Position Overview

As a Crew Member (Insider), you are an essential part of our store operations. You’ll work in both food preparation and customer service, ensuring every order meets our high standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Quality

• Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, subs, salads, and sides according to Marco’s standards
• Assemble and cook pizzas with precision and attention to detail
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Properly store and rotate inventory (FIFO method)

Customer Service

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Accurately take in-store, phone, and online orders
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Create a positive, memorable experience for every customer

Cleanliness & Teamwork

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, prep area, and front counter
• Complete daily cleaning and sanitation checklists
• Assist with stocking, prep work, and shift change duties
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Support shift leaders and management as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Southern Nevada Food Handler Card
• Valid Southern Nevada Health Card (required prior to start date)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
