The Packer plays a key role in our weekly pack‑line operations. This is a manual, fast‑paced, detail‑oriented role responsible for assembling customer produce boxes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the overall flow of the warehouse. Ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Packing & Prep

• Accurately pack produce boxes according to daily pack sheets and item counts.
• Inspect all produce for quality, freshness, and defects before packing.
• Portion, bag, label, and organize items as needed for the day’s orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift.
