About the role
- Assist with leading a team of front office and concierge colleagues to ensure seamless guest interactions and uphold the highest standards of service.
- Oversee the daily operations of both departments, including check-in/out processes, guest inquiries, and personalized concierge services.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests, enhance overall guest satisfaction, and maintain a cohesive guest experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to exceed guest expectations and embody the spirit of hospitality.
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency to ensure positive resolutions.
- Handle local VIP guest arrivals and be an Ambassador for the hotel.
About you
- UAE National with a strong background in hospitality and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Previous experience in front office and concierge roles, with demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of driving exceptional service standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the operational needs of the resort.
