We are looking for experienced and motivated Team Leaders to supervise our deep cleaning teams in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on cleaning expertise, and the ability to manage cleaners effectively to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaners during villa, apartment, and office deep cleaning jobs
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain company cleaning standards
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of jobs
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and client satisfaction
• Handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and ensure safe usage by team members
• Communicate with supervisors and management about team performance and job updates
• Resolve onsite challenges and ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in deep cleaning (villa, apartment, or office cleaning)
• Prior team leader or supervisory experience in cleaning industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning machines, chemicals, and procedures
• Ability to train and motivate staff members
• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on cleaning work when required
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Must be available in UAE on visit/cancelled visa and ready to join immediately

• AED 2,000 – 2,250 per month (depending on experience)
