We are a residential swimming pool service and maintenance company servicing the Washington, DC metro area since 2004. We are looking to add several people to our team to help us with the growing demand for our services. We are looking for both experienced pool technicians and entry-level staff that we will fully train before the season. This is a year-round employment opportunity with a heavier schedule in the spring and summer and a lighter schedule and paid month off in the Winter.

Duties will include Closing/Opening residential swimming pools, weekly maintenance/cleaning of residential pools, safety cover installation, vinyl liner installation. Opportunity is for both experienced and unexperienced staff – pool experience will be reflected in higher starting hourly pay. Duties will also include helping with a variety of projects such as plaster preparation, pool plumbing repair, and installation, pressure washing, equipment upgrades and replacements, caulking, leak detection, and repair. You should be able to lift 50lbs (most of the supplies we use are in 50lbs containers).

We are looking for someone with attention to detail, responsible, clean cut and presentable, punctual, team player, and has the ability to work independently and unsupervised. We offer in-house training that will ensure you will be prepared and will feel confident while servicing our clients. Pool maintenance and operations experience is a plus, but NOT an absolute requirement. We can train the right person… all our full-time salaried employees came to us with zero pool experience. We provide fully paid training and certification conducted by the leading lecturers in the industry.

Starting pay will be based on background and skills and is negotiable depending on education and experience. You must have the capability of operating independently and the ability to drive our vehicles (pickup trucks and vans). Medical insurance offered to year-round employees after 6 months with the company.

Our office is located in Alexandria, VA. You will need reliable transportation to make it to our office each day. We work Monday-Friday 8:00 am until around 7:00 pm during the busy season. We do not require work on Saturday, but we offer overtime if you are willing to work.
