Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise mover crews to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Plan and coordinate moving schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service quality.
• Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations, staff performance, and incidents.
• Handle unexpected challenges such as delays, damages, or staffing issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 0–3 years in moving, logistics, or related supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English; hindi is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
