Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Supervisor to join our GDK team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will support daily restaurant operations, lead the team during shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shift operations and team performance
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Support staff with training, motivation, and guidance
- Handle customer concerns in a professional manner
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Manage cash handling and daily sales reporting
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
- Coordinate with management for stock control and ordering
- Maintain company policies and health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Supervisor in QSR.
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and positive attitude
- Basic computer and cash handling knowledge
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must be currently available in UAE
