ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help with scheduling, inventory invoices, and purchase orders
- Work with servers and cooks
- Ensure cleanliness all work areas
- Handle situations in accordance with all casino handbook and procedures.
- Provide efficient and courteous and timely customer service to all customers in a professional manner.
- Supervise, cross-train, front of house & back of house.
- Duties & responsibilities, and expectations to the job are subject to chance as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Provide directions to staff
- Practice and always maintain confidentiality.
- Works effectively with all casino personnel.
- Attends all mandatory meetings and training.
- All other duties assigned.
Key Skills/Special Skills:
- Computer skills knowledge.
- Must comply with title 31 training requirements to meet regulatory standards.
- Know and understand the employee handbook and minimum internal controls for the food and beverage department to follow casino regulations.
- Help maintains set expectations for the food and beverage department.
- Assign tasks that need to be completed in a timely fashion given by the manager.
- Check routine work that is performed individually or as a team for accuracy through spot check through customer compliments or complaints & through observation.
- Be available to assist, advise and reprimand when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be knowledgeable of company procedures.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending.
- Able to work after hours if required.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to work any shift.
- Must be dependable, reliable and able to work alternatively shifts including peak hours.
- Must be able to deal with frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events at times.
- Must be able to adapt quickly to changes while maintaining composure and excellent guest relations, under all circumstances.
