Our sales process is structured and client-focused—from rapid lead response through factory tours, design meetings, and into contract.
Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to own the full inbound sales pipeline. You will handle website leads quickly, conduct compelling factory tours, perform post-tour administrative updates, lead design meetings using Home Designer Pro, collect earnest money deposits, and keep all records accurate across Zoho CRM, Trello, and JobTread. The role demands strong follow-up discipline, excellent people skills, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients build their dream home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to every new website lead within 24 hours (ideally same business day) via phone and personalized Zoho CRM email templates; execute a structured 5-touch follow-up cadence until tour is scheduled or lead is dispositioned (SOP #001).
- Conduct professional in-person factory tours: greet clients, assess needs (bedrooms/baths/features, utilities/off-grid interest), guide through mechanical phase, finish phase, and completed units; emphasize quality (IRC code, state inspections, high-quality insulation); provide folders with step-by-step guide, upgrade pricing, Concept Keys, sales booklet, preliminary estimate, and business card (SOP #002)..
- Schedule design meetingsMaintain clean, consistent data across Zoho CRM (every touch/status logged), Trello, and JobTread; flag discrepancies immediately.
- Build rapport, answer questions about process/timelines/costs/feasibility, collect informal feedback, and move prospects smoothly to next steps.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for tour bookings, design meetings completed, and earnest money collected.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable using multiple software tools daily: Zoho CRM, Trello, JobTread, Home Designer Pro (or similar CAD/design software)
- Strong phone and in-person communication skills; ability to read people, personalize conversations, and handle objections confidently
- Organized and detail-oriented — must hit 24-hour response SLA and same-day post-tour updates
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some local travel for site-related needs possible)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling modular, custom, or prefab homes
- 2+ years of sales experience (real estate, home building, construction, or high-ticket consumer sales preferred)
- Familiarity with Fremont County, Colorado real estate market or rural/off-grid building considerations
- Previous use of GIS mapping tools (e.g., FremontGIS.com or similar parcel viewers)
- Real estate license or construction industry knowledge
