WE ARE HIRING – ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

Nahr Al Neel Electromechanical Cont. L.L.C.

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works at project sites.
• Lead and manage electrical technicians and site workers to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Monitor electrical works, including wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, distribution boards, and electrical equipment.
• Review electrical drawings and ensure all works comply with project specifications and approved standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure work is completed according to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor manpower, materials, and site activities.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
• Proven UAE experience in electrical supervision, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, site operations, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lead a team, manage site activities, and solve technical problems.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Physically fit and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
