Job Title: Finishing Foreman – High-Rise Building Construction

Tokyo Modern Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to supervise finishing works for high-rise building construction projects in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction and finishing works.
• Good knowledge of plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum, flooring, and other finishing activities.
• Ability to supervise workers and subcontractors and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate with site engineers.
• Hindi and English speaking skills are mandatory.
• Arabic-speaking skills will be an added advantage.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
