Lincolnshire-Prairie View School District 103 is currently seeking Substitute Secretaries to service all building locations on a 10-month basis.
This is a non exempt position (non-certified) and is on call as needed . Candidates must have experience in an office setting and are comfortable answering phones, greeting the public, typing, filing, data entry and operating office machines.
REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year experience in office administration and one to three years experience working with word processing, spreadsheet, database and internet software.
  • State mandated criminal background check
  • Medical Release (must be within 90 days of hire)

SHIFT TYPE: 12-month availability

SALARY RANGE: $14.00/hour
