Responsibilities

  • Perform and prioritize various administrative tasks with little or short notice.
  • Multi-task and pay careful attention to accuracy and details of the work.
  • Audit invoices and review documents.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced, highly intense work environment.
  • Work in a team setting to accomplish the department goals.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.
  • Maintain communication between service center personnel and internal/external customers.

Requirements

Education:

  • Must be a student, actively working towards a degree.

Computer Skills:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have excellent customer experience and organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Other Details

Work Hours:

  • This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

Compensation:

  • This is a hourly position paid weekly.
