Success Point is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Student Support Officer (SSO) to join our Sharjah campus. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing student experience, engagement, and academic support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for student queries, concerns, and support services.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new students.
  • Assist students with academic schedules, attendance tracking, and general academic guidance.
  • Coordinate student activities, engagement initiatives, and campus events.
  • Address student grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate student records and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Support academic and administrative departments in student-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in student support, academic services, or educational administration (education sector experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional, empathetic, and student-centered approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate strong cultural adaptability, excellent communication skills, and prior experience working in multicultural academic environments. Candidates with relevant experience from the Philippines or similar educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
