We are seeking to hire an experienced Storekeeper – joinery experience to join its team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store wood materials, raw materials, and finished products according to approved procedures.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure proper storage, safety, and ease of access.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock counts.
  • Prepare and issue materials to production departments as per approved requests.
  • Ensure proper handling, stacking, and preservation of wood materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production departments regarding material availability and requirements.
  • Maintain updated warehouse documentation, including delivery notes, issue vouchers, and inventory reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and factory regulations.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management immediately.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in wood factories or similar manufacturing environments.
  • Good knowledge of wood types, sizes, and factory materials.
  • Ability to use inventory systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Preference for candidates currently residing in the UAE.
