  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming spare parts and equipment according to technical specifications.
  • Organize and store materials safely and efficiently, ensuring accessibility and minimizing waste.
  • Update inventory records using ERP systems or warehouse management software.
  • Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, missing items, and damaged materials.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and Warehouse Manager to identify future requirements.
  • Apply occupational safety procedures within the warehouse.
  • Monitor expiry dates of materials and schedule preventive maintenance for equipment
