Role and Responsibilities:

• Must have knowledge of all construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records
• Work closely with project managers to make sure materials are available when needed, avoiding delays
• Check and record all incoming materials, making sure the quantity and condition match the order
• Ensure proper handling and storing of materials to reduce waste and damage.
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and compare them to system records to find any differences
• Create reports on material discrepancies, inventory use, stock levels, and reordering needs for management
• Ensure all inventory practices comply with the company’s health, safety, and environmental standards, conduct regular checks and audits
• Monitor tools and equipment given to workers, and ensure they are returned in good condition

Skills And Experience:

• Experience: at least 2 years as storekeeper in construction site
• Good communication and inventory control skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
