Duties included

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities
  • Ensure that materials are checked in and out of the store in an accurate and timely manner
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that the store is functionally efficient
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
  • Ensure the store is kept clean and organized daily
  • Manage store budget to maximize revenue and identify potential areas of cost savings
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
