Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and controlling materials, tools, equipment, and inventory at the construction site while ensuring proper documentation and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain proper stock records and inventory levels.
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests.
• Monitor material consumption and maintain accurate stock balances.
• Prepare GRNs, material issue notes, and other store-related documents.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Procurement, and Project Team regarding material requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store area.
• Follow company procedures for material control and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a construction company, preferably in the UAE.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Good understanding of inventory and stock control procedures.
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with MS Excel/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
• UAE construction site experience is preferred.

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
