Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Multi Technician to handle general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting works across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Handle electrical maintenance, basic wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Carry out basic HVAC and air-conditioning maintenance.
• Repair and maintain fixtures, fittings, doors, locks, and other building facilities.
• Identify technical faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Follow health, safety, and company maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with other technicians and facility management teams when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Multi Technician.
• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Previous UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary: Up to AED 4,000/month
