Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and organized Store Clerk to manage store operations, handle customers, and support scaffolding rental activities. The candidate should have knowledge of documentation, Microsoft Excel, and basic system operations. Experience with Odoo software is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and maintain proper organization
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Prepare quotations for scaffolding and formwork rental
- Record details of issued and returned materials (columns, pipes, scaffolding, formwork items, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and system software
- Track inventory and ensure proper stock control
- Coordinate and supervise workers in the store
- Ensure proper documentation of all transactions
Requirements:
- Knowledge of formwork and scaffolding materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic system/ERP knowledge (Odoo software is a plus)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage workers and store activities
- Valid driving license is a plus
- Willingness to relocate as required by the company
Languages required: English, Arabic, and Hindi
