Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Store Keeper to manage inventory, materials, and stock records using an ERP system, preferably Odoo. The role involves maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating with procurement and operations teams, and ensuring smooth material flow in and out of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
  • Issue materials as per approved requests and maintain proper documentation
  • Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system (Odoo preferred)
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, excess stock, or slow-moving items
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
  • Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials
  • Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and production/operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Handle returns, damages, and discrepancies efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo
  • Good knowledge of inventory management processes
  • Basic understanding of purchase orders, GRNs, and material issue notes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
