Full job description

  • Receiving, checking, and inspecting incoming materials and supplies.
  • Organizing and storing items in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all stock movements (inbound and outbound).
  • Issuing and delivering materials based on authorized requests.
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies promptly.
  • Conducting periodic and annual inventory counts.
  • Ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Coordinating with purchasing, logistics, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
  • Ensuring proper labeling, packing, and storage conditions for all items.
  • Preventing loss, damage, and unauthorized access to inventory.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to manage stock accurately and follow procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory systems).
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
