Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations for heavy vehicle spare parts.
- Receive, inspect, and store materials in an organized manner.
- Issue spare parts to workshop teams based on job cards.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory controls.
- Prepare GRN, stock movement reports, and update ERP systems.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of parts.
- Coordinate with purchasing and workshop departments for parts requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Store Keeper.
- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts (trucks, trailers, equipment).
- Familiar with inventory systems/ERP (advantage).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced operations.
