Our client is growing their in-store team and is looking for an In-Store Sales Assistant to join their Vancouver campaigns. This is a customer-facing role based inside busy retail environments, where no two days feel the same and your personality makes the difference.
Role Snapshot
You’ll be based at retail locations and pop-up setups, speaking directly with customers, introducing services, and helping them through the sign-up process. This is hands-on, face-to-face sales in a lively setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with shoppers in-store and starting natural conversations
- Demonstrating products and explaining current offers
- Highlighting key benefits such as value, features, and flexibility
- Answering questions and providing clear, honest information
- Assisting customers through the sign-up or purchase process
- Keeping your space organised, professional, and inviting
- Working with your team to hit daily goals and maintain energy on-site
What They’re Looking For

Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful, but not required.
