Full job description

Job Purpose To lead and manage all aspects of the soft play centre and attached family café, ensuring exceptional safety, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, team performance and profitable operations.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee complete daily operations of the soft play zone and café
• Recruit, train, schedule and motivate play attendants, café staff, cashiers and cleaners
• Enforce strict safety & hygiene protocols (equipment checks, cleaning schedules, child protection rules, food safety)
• Maximize revenue streams: entry tickets café sales birthday parties group bookings memberships add-on activities
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle complaints professionally
• Monitor and control costs (stock, wastage, utilities, labour)
• Manage POS system, cash reconciliation, daily sales reporting and banking
• Plan and execute weekly/monthly events, promotions, school holiday programs
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality,
