Salary Range is $48K-55K

Description

  • Leadership & Operations
  • Manage the profitable operation of a retail store, with a focus on associate recruitment, hiring, training, and development in both operations and merchandising.
  • Perform all opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Execute all operational and merchandising directives communicated from the Store Support Center.
  • Merchandising & Customer Experience
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising, signage, and display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Protect company assets while delivering exceptional customer service to build loyalty and trust.
  • Performance & Problem Solving
  • Maximize sales potential while controlling expenses and shrinkage.
  • Drive creative problem-solving in associate development, merchandise display, and overall store performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior retail management experience, preferably in hardlines or variety merchandise.
  • BIG BOX retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong productivity management skills in freight processing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment.
