At J.Jill, we believe in the power of community and genuine connections. We are seeking a collaborative, customer-obsessed Store Manager who possesses a savvy, entrepreneurial spirit. You will drive a profitable business and bring a high level of energy to inspire the team through great communication and coaching, all while being a product expert. Responsibilities :
- Act as a role model, develops and maintains strong customer relationships through genuine interactions. Participate in local outreach, events and networking opportunities to build brand presence.
- Hire, develop, and lead a diverse, high-performing team that embodies J.Jill’s values. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment through coaching, clear communication, and recognition all while empowering individuals to exceed individual and store goals.
- Drive store performance by analyzing sales trends, setting goals, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill’s products to provide customers with personalized styling recommendations and build confidence in their choices.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, manage inventory, and uphold visual merchandising standards, including floor sets, that align with company guidelines.
- Take ownership of store performance, addressing challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Navigate various communication settings across different levels of the organization, adjusting messaging to fit diverse audiences.
