Store Manager – Palm Beach Best Wings

Location: Royal Palm Beach, FL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000 base salary + performance bonus opportunities

Job Summary
Palm Beach Best Wings is looking for a proven, hands-on Store Manager who can take ownership of one location, lead a team with urgency, maintain high standards, and help drive store growth. This role is for someone who knows how to run a fast-paced food operation, manage people, and keep the store performing without constant hand-holding.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing day-to-day store operations
• Leading front and back of house staff during shifts
• Creating and managing the weekly schedule
• Managing shift flow, labor awareness, and staff accountability
• Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, order accuracy, and speed of service
• Handling counts, inventory organization, and supply runs as needed
• Helping recruit, interview, onboard, and train new hires
• Coaching employees, enforcing standards, and documenting performance issues
• Participating in disciplinary action and team accountability
• Handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
• Communicating store needs, staffing issues, and performance updates directly to ownership
• Helping the store hit sales, labor, and operational goals

Leadership Scope
This role includes scheduling, team leadership, shift management, coaching, accountability, interviewing, onboarding, and helping maintain a strong staff. Final hiring, termination, and major compensation decisions remain with ownership.
