Store Manager

We are seeking a highly-motivated individual who genuinely loves working with people to be the Store Manager and leader of the team at our Toys“R”Us Flagship at Tanger San Marcos.

The Store Manager must embody what Toys“R”Us stands for and our Pillars of Play, and must be committed to providing a positive, memorable, and fun experience for all Customers and Associates.

In addition to being responsible for the effective planning and execution of daily operations, team development and sales target achievement, the Store Manager will operate as a conduit between Customers and multiple Home Office functions, including but not limited to Merchandising, Promotions, Events, Training and Finance.
