Job Description:
We are hiring a Store In-Charge for our retail fashion store in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have retail experience and be fluent in Arabic and English. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, tracking sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, store opening, and team schedules
• Lead and motivate staff to meet personal and store sales targets
• Ensure proper stock management and visual display
• Report daily sales, stock issues, and staff KPIs to the Area Manager
• Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, and accounts teams
• Handle customer concerns and ensure high service standards

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of retail or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, POS, and retail reports
