Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor at Circle K oversees daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role includes staff management, inventory control, sales growth, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

· Oversee store operations for efficiency and profitability.

· Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and product availability.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

2. Staff Management

· Train, supervise, and motivate staff.

· Schedule shifts and manage time-off requests.

· Conduct performance evaluations and staff development.

3. Customer Service

· Ensure high levels of customer service.

· Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

· Foster a customer-focused culture.

4. Expiry & Product Knowledge

· Implement FIFO stock rotation and 7-day expiry policy.

· Train staff on expiry handling and product knowledge.

· Stay updated on new products and supplier updates.

5. Promotions & Suppliers

· Ensure staff are aware of ongoing promotions.

· Verify LPO orders and maintain supplier relations.

6. Inventory & Merchandising

· Manage inventory levels and conduct stock checks.

· Implement merchandising strategies for sales growth.

· Ensure accurate pricing and display of products.

7. Financial & Safety Management

· Monitor sales, budget, and cash handling.

· Control costs and maximize profitability.

· Maintain safety and security for staff and customers.

8. Marketing & Community Engagement

· Oversee in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.

· Analyse sales data for growth opportunities.

· Foster local community relationships to drive traffic.

Qualifications:

· Education: High school diploma (bachelor’s preferred).

· Experience: 2 years in F&B and food retail management.

Skills: Leadership, customer service, inventory management, financial analysis.

Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift/carry items, and perform repetitive tasks.
