The Experience

As a Store Assistant at Marissa Collections, you will:

• Support stylists in preparing for and executing client appointments, ensuring every detail enhances the client experience
• Maintain pristine fitting rooms and styling areas throughout the day
• Assist with hospitality elements, including refreshments and special client requests
• Coordinate dining reservations and concierge-style requests when needed
• Support visual merchandising and floor presentation standards
• Replenish merchandise and supplies to ensure the sales floor and back-of-house remain fully stocked
• Assist with store deliveries, transfers, and supply pickups (valid driver’s license required)
• Perform daily housekeeping and organization tasks to uphold luxury standards
• Provide flexible support across all areas of store operations

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A polished, professional presence and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability with scheduling and daily needs
• Availability to work 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
