Responsibilities:
- Ensure all incoming & outgoing goods are properly Count, Inspect & documented
- Issuance of material on shop floor in Timely manner
- Ensure all transaction must be recorded in ERP system.
- Actively involved in Monthly stock take.
- Inventory accuracy must be 100% Physical vs ERP
- Ensure stock level is maintained properly based on consumption / Lead time to avoid any shortages.
- Submit consumable items ordering request to purchase department.
- Control the usage of paper and promote the usage of used one side paper for printing in your section.
- Ensure routine tasks are completed daily.
- Ensure best practice for Quality, H&S, & Environmental standards are followed.
- Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and to comply with HSE rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.
- If aware of any unsafe practice or unsafe condition they have an obligation to report to their Supervisor/Line Manager, or if in any doubt about the HSE of any situation, consult their Supervisor/Line Manager.
- Obligation to report any accident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence or dangerous condition to their line management.
- Not to participate in horseplay or place fellow employees in danger by their actions and to report any incidences of these.

- Honestly state any illnesses or any other minor & major issues during induction.
- 100% PPE Compliance based on machine and area requirements.
- Cooperate with anything the employer does to comply with OHS requirements
- Take reasonable care for their own health and safety
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of others who may affected by their acts or omissions
- Avoid wearing jewellery or loose clothing while inside shop-floor.
- Trained in handling materials as heavy as 230mm x 4mtr Copper Conductor
- Awareness proper usage of trollies and tables while transporting heavy materials.
- Not to interfere with or misuse anything that’s been provided for your health, safety or welfare
- To report any and/or future injuries, strains or illnesses you or your colleagues suffer as a result of doing your job.
- Familiar with the use of emergency equipment such as Fire Alarm Call Point and Fire Extinguishers.
- Ensuring you are well trained in handling or operating machineries before starting your career in the organization.
- Full knowledge in Safe Work Instruction.
- Cooperate during drills for actual emergency preparedness.
- Full knowledge in Emergency Assembly Procedure.
- If you drive or operate machinery, you have a responsibility to tell your employer if you take medication that makes you drowsy
- Knowledge in H&S Policy and Objectives.
- Full knowledge in MSDS
- Proper storage, handling and disposal of Chemicals or contaminated material.
- Appropriate PPE for handling toxic Chemicals such as acids.
- Trained in Overhead crane operation.
