Responsibilities

• Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing to maximize sales potential
• Assist customers with product inquiries, offering helpful recommendations and upselling when appropriate
• Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items, engaging customers and encouraging purchases
• Maintain clean and organized checkout areas while practicing proper phone etiquette when assisting callers or customers over the phone
• Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays and ensuring products are replenished promptly
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment with accuracy and integrity

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery store environments or similar settings
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service in a bilingual environment (preferred)
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities
• Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations such as making change and balancing registers
• Ability to perform stocking duties efficiently while maintaining safety standards
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demos is advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with customers and team members
