Job Purpose

To oversee inventory control activities by monitoring stock movements, conducting reconciliations, analyzing inventory data, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor all inventory transactions and stock movements.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Generate inventory control reports and KPI dashboards.
  • Monitor stock accuracy and maintain inventory records.
  • Coordinate periodic physical stock counts and annual stock audits.
  • Analyze inventory trends and recommend stock optimization measures.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance departments for inventory-related activities.
  • Support ERP inventory management and system updates.
  • Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory.
  • Ensure proper documentation of inventory adjustments and approvals.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years in inventory control, warehouse management, or stores operations.
