Full job description

• Manage and supervise all factory operations and production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate production and maintenance teams.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Prepare production reports and analyze operational performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality control, logistics, and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of steel production processes and factory operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and manufacturing software.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and workplace safety standards.
