Job Description:

We are seeking a Stakeholder Manager with a strong architectural background to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various infrastructure and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Attend meetings, prepare reports, and support project planning and delivery.
• Review and interpret architectural designs and project documents.
• Support the project team in obtaining approvals and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies through engagement with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in stakeholder management, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and regulatory frameworks in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders on large-scale projects.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Native Arabic Speaker.
