Job Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Accountant based in Spring, TX. The Staff Accountant will perform duties such as preparing and reviewing financial reports, maintaining general ledger accounts, executing account reconciliations, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Additional responsibilities include supporting month-end close activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and collaborating with team members on financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of general ledger account management, financial reporting and account reconciliations. QuickBooks desktop and online is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software, data entry, and financial analysis.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with team members and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools is required.
• Experience with automotive industry accounting or related fields is a plus.
