Job Title: Sports Manager

Location: On Site at 1910 Hotel Plaza Blvd., Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Job Overview:

AAU Sports Managers are responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and oversight of all sports programs and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate sports programs to enhance athletic performance and participation.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the sports budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with local communities and stakeholders to promote sports programs and encourage participation.
• Event Coordination: Plan and oversee sports events, competitions, and tournaments, ensuring successful execution.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop strategies to promote sports programs and enhance visibility through marketing and social media.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on program performance, budget, and compliance for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in sports administration, coaching, or athletic program management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current trends in sports and athletics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
