Job Description

Provide clear and accurate information about Wellness, Spa and Fitness products and services.
Guide guests in selecting suitable treatments and explain correct product usage.
Supervise and ensure proper condition of all areas within the Wellness and Spa department.
Deliver a friendly, professional and welcoming experience to all guests.
Present available services confidently and according to service standards.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints politely and professionally.
Manage appointment bookings and ensure schedules are correct and up to date.
Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by the department management.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of at least one foreign language.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar or related role.
Responsible and motivated individual with good planning and organizational abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
